NorthStar is an Ontario-based company that appeared in the gambling industry in 2021. It was certified shortly before this partnership agreement with Playtech had been signed. The brand has another influential partner, TorStar Corporation, and their collaboration allows NorthStar to use data-led media solutions, as well as news and sports sites to make customers more aware of the services it provides. The company also believes that the Canadian-owned gaming business will speed up the growth of gambling in a newly emerged regulated market. 

Playtech continues its fruitful cooperation with other casino-related businesses in different countries. One of the latest partnerships was signed with Swiss Casinos to leverage the live casino industry in Switzerland. According to the terms of this agreement, Playtech is to open a Live Casino Studio in Zurich.

Moreover, this company has recently launched the Play Gun Lake app in Michigan. This app diversifies gaming in the United States.
