Net Entertainment Pens a Deal with Svenska Spel to Go Live in Sweden

Net Entertainment has signed a contract with the leading casino and sportsbook operator in Sweden, as this country is to become a regulated gaming market on January 1st, 2019.

The Swedish software provider is going to offer its portfolio of award-winning games via Svenska Spel Sports & Casino AB. NetEnt’s games are to arrive at the operator at the beginning of 2019.

The integration of NetEnt’s content into Svenska Spel is a part of the studio’s strategy for expansion to the local regulated market. Thus, its software is already available to players from Canada, the USA, Lithuania, and other European markets.

Swedish Parliament has voted for new gambling rules in June 2018. Since that time, an array of software providers and casinos applied for a gambling license to offer services in this jurisdiction. LeoVegas, Evolution Gaming, and ComeOn Casino are among those companies.
