ICONIC21 Establishes New Production Hub and Regional Office in Vilnius

The new Lithuanian hub represents an important step in the provider’s European expansion as it establishes its second European production base after its main studio operation in Bucharest, Romania. The company selected Vilnius due to its talent pool, modern business ecosystem, and growing reputation as a destination for international investment. Recruitment for the site is under way, offering igaming career opportunities for young professionals and people looking to develop their skills or move into a new field across various roles, including game presenter and studio technician, with no prior experience required for studio roles.
To lead the regional expansion, ICONIC21 appointed Rokas Benetis as country manager for Lithuania, giving stakeholders a localized representative. Benetis has established the core management team while preparations continue for the next stage of growth and recruitment. Benetis noted that Vilnius draws ambitious people, stating the company aims to build an environment where individuals can start their careers, grow quickly, take on real responsibility from day one, or work alongside studies as ICONIC21 expands its live casino presence. This expansion follows a period of commercial growth, including the appointment of Gary Francis as director of business development in August 2026 and the June 2026 launch of its live casino content with Novibet in nine regulated markets.
