• RSA

  Blackjack

  Acronym for resplit aces. When a player splits aces, they receive a single card on each ace. Getting dealt another ace and being able to split that hand is a distinct advantage for the player.

• Rich Deck

  Blackjack

  A deck that contains more aces, face cards and tens, which favors the player.

• Round of Play

  Casino

  A period in which a bet or sequence of bets is resolved.

• Rouge

  Roulette

  French for "red". In roulette, a red number.

• Red

  Casino

  The traditional color of $5 chips. In roulettte, the color of 18 of the numbers.

• Royal Flush Sequential

  Video Poker

  A royal flush in order of rank, for which certain video poker machines pay a bonus. They may require it be from left to right or right to left.

• Reversal period

  Casino

  The amount of time in which a player can cancel a withdrawal from an online casino.

• Reel Stop

  Slots

  A single position on a slot reel, occupied by either a symbol or a blank space.

• Resplit

  Blackjack

  Splitting aces after having already split aces before. This rule is favorable to the player, and thus not offered by most casinos.

• Runners

  HiLo

  Two consecutive cards that improve a player's hand.
