  • Double Deck


    The use of two decks in a card game. In blackjack, more decks increases the casino's advantage.

  • Draw


    In poker, discarding cards and receiving replacements in the hope of improving a hand.

  • Die


    A cube with a unique number of dots (1 to 6) on each side. Singular form of dice.

  • Dozen Bet


    A bet on on one of three sets of 12 numbers: 1-12, 13-24, 25-36. Pays 2 to 1.

  • Double Double Bonus Video Poker

    Video Poker

    A variation of Jacks or Better that offers bonuses for various 4-of-a-kinds, particularly with specific kickers.

  • Drawn Out


    Beaten by a hand that improved.

  • Double-Zero Wheel


    A wheel which has the 38 numbers used for the American version of roulette.

  • Deal/Draw Button

    Video Poker

    A button to get new cards for discarded ones or to start a new hand.

  • Don’t Pass Line


    A place to bet on the come-out roll. The exact opposite of the pass line, except on a roll of 12.

  • Double Up

    Video Poker

    A side bet on a winning hand. The player must draw a higher card than the one shown to win.
