Police Bust Illegal Casino In Disneyland

The Anaheim Police Department busted an illegal casino that was running in the resort area of the city, better known as Disneyland, and has seized large quantities of cash and liquor from the site.

"We received information that an illegal casino was operating in Disneyland, and large sums of money were being gambled. We raided the casino and arrested 43 people, seizing $3500000 in cash used in the games. Apart from that, we also seized large quantities of liquor," Anaheim chief law enforcement officer told the media.

"Among the arrested there were five children. The casino was running in the basement of a Tomorrowland attraction "Buzz Lightyear's Astro Blasters". We are currently investigating as to how long this casino has been running," he added.

The arrested will be booked under the US Federal law.
