The first quarter of 2021 appeared to be a fruitful one for Playtech, one of the pioneers of the gambling industry. Despite being in this field for more than 20 years, the studio constantly finds new ways to expand its games to new markets and make them available for more players. The company recently signed agreements with 888 Casino and Novomatic.

PARTNERSHIP WITH 888

The deal signed between Playtech and 888 Casino gives both sides plenty of opportunities for further development and bolstering their presence on existing markets. Thus, Playtech integrates its Live Casino suite and RNG (random number generator games) into the operator and makes their games available to a broader number of players.

Apart from being a leading online casino, 888 is also a game developer. Playtech will add its live dealer releases in its Live Casino in Riga, Latvia.

Guy Cohen, SVP, Head of B2C at 888claims that 888 constantly seeks opportunities to strengthen its positions in the gaming industry and a highly popular set of games by Playtech is a valuable addition to the brand’s library. He believes that “the new games will expand upon our existing suite of games to provide new, exciting, and engaging gaming experiences within a safe and secure environment. I look forward to welcoming Playtech’s content onto 888casino and growing our partnership together.”

888 Casino will soon offer a range of popular live dealer games by this leading software provider, including such recent titles as Sporting Legends Suite and Rubik’s® Cube.

COLLABORATION WITH NOVOMATIC AMERICAS

The content distribution deal with Novomatic Americas, the company fully owned by Novomatic AG, allows Playtech to expand its presence in the United States. The company has recently partnered with Bet365 and Entain to supply its games to customers from this country.

The agreement with Novomatic Americas opens new possibilities for Playtech as it can deliver sports wagering kiosk (SSBT) systems through Novomatic ActionBook™. This Novomatic’s product is available in 11 states and can be found in 49 different places in the United States. The two companies will join forces to promote Playtech’s Mobile Sportsbook and Player Account Management (PAM) software.

Moreover, Playtech has recently presented an innovative IMS Technology platform to enhance the gaming industry in Columbia.
