EveryMatrix has secured a major omnichannel turnkey platform agreement in Denmark, marking its second significant turnkey deal in the region following the recent selection by Danske Spil to power its casino and bingo offerings. This landmark agreement will see EveryMatrix technology supporting the Cashpoint brand across more than 1,000 sports betting terminals located in over 230 shops nationwide. Additionally, the partnership includes the delivery of an online sportsbook platform and the launch of an online casino for the first time in the second half of 2026.
Cashpoint, which will be rebranded to Merkur Bets once the platform migration is complete, is one of the largest betting and gaming brands in Western Europe, with leading positions in Germany, Austria, Belgium, and Denmark. The brand began its search for a new technology partner in early 2025, aiming to select a modern, omnichannel solution that could integrate and offer online casino services. The migration from an in-house solution to the EveryMatrix turnkey platform is planned to launch in time for the new football season.
Ebbe Groes, Group Co-CEO and Co-Founder of EveryMatrix, stated that the Cashpoint and Merkur brands are among the most recognizable in Denmark and across Europe. He noted that partnering on a project of this magnitude indicates that more tier-1 operators are placing their trust in EveryMatrix technology.
Mathias Dahms, Managing Director Sportsbetting at Merkur Group, said that Merkur Bets will take a significant step forward in the Danish market by switching to EveryMatrix technology and rebranding. He identified EveryMatrix as the ideal partner to provide the technological foundation necessary for the brand's continued growth.
